Mark and I met on Match.com. His profile had all the things I was looking for in a man...good looks, good job, loved his children, very active, and as an added plus, he is a pilot looking for someone to share his passion. I emailed Mark and he responded in a few days. We emailed several times and spoke on the phone once and decided to set up our first date. We met in Old Town Pasadena at Villa Sorriso Ristorante & Bar. We ate dinner and laughed and talked until the restaurant closed and then took a walk back to our cars. Mark drove me to my car and blocked the driveway of the parking lot. We continued to talk until finally someone else who had parked in my lot had to leave so Mark had to move his car and go, but not without setting up a second date with me....a date to go flying. All the way home I remember how good I felt about our first date and how much I looked forward to our second date. We never missed one weekend seeing one another since that first date. |
