Our Story

HER VERSION

We met April 14, 2007 at Mandalay Bay. I was with Shae celebrating her birthday and he was with Romaine, Shawn and Uncle Ricky who insisted on doing his booty dance by our table. Which prompted Armondo to ask me to dance, I said NO! We ran into each other again (I think he was stalking me) Monday June 25, 2007 at SHRM party & actually exchanged names. He knew that day I was "THE ONE", I wasn't so sure. What we both knew is that we had a connection and became fast friends!! Our first date (after he stalked me) was a year later September 6, 2008 at Kennedy's in the District. We had a great time at dinner & so much in common (even the same car) he is a male version of me! He was who I had prayed for and I knew then he was "THE ONE"!!

HIS VERSION
I first saw her on April 14, 2007 at Mandalay Bay while partying with Romaine, Shawn & Uncle Ricky. Uncle Ricky & I were on the dance floor sweating to the 80's, that's when I noticed a pretty lady sitting behind Andrea. I asked her to dance and Andrea thought I was talking to her. At this point I decided to give her a little attention. I assumed she was from out of town since she was partying on the strip, so my friends and I left & I thought I would never see her again. After that night I couldn't get her off my mind and I wish I would have been more assertive, however I chalked it up as an opportunity passed and I continued my player lifestyle.
On June 25th Tony Munoz (my recruiting partner) asked me to go to the SHRM event with him. I said no at first until he convinced me of how much fun it could be. I agreed to go & as we arrived at the event I was greeted by another business associate who said "hey Armondo are you still single, because I've got someone you should meet." I said, yeah... no hook ups never work for me. She said "its not a hook up you two remind me of each other. " I agreed to meet this person & she grabbed my hand and walked me through a crowd of people. We stopped at the end of the crowd and she said "Armondo this is Andrea, Andrea this is Armondo" At this point I would not punk out & had to get at least a business card. Over the next 12 months via phone, text & email our friendship grew & at this point I knew she was "THE ONE" God must have heard my prayers & worked out a way for us to cross paths again.
And that’s our story....

Our Wedding

We have decided to do an intimate ceremony on Friday April 9, 2010

Travel Arrangements

We will be flying to Miami on Saturday April 10th and departing on the Eastern Caribbean Carnival Glory Cruise Sunday April 11th for 7 great days!!!
