Our Story

Jeremy & I met while attending CSU Stanislaus in Turlock, California. So what's our story? Well... We met at our friend DJ's townhouse party. Jeremy had his eyes on me as soon as I walked in the door. He still jokes about the pink shirt I was wearing and my blonde hair. Anyways, we talked a little that night and became friends. He started e-mailing me on MySpace every now and then. My friend Becky convinced us that we should go on a date. I was worried because I was younger and I never really went on dates.
Our first date was very funny. He drives past my house like three times because I don't know how to give directions. We went to Pirates of the Caribbean which was 3 hours long, and I get a call in the middle of the movie saying my Mom & Dad needed a ride home from the Nuts Baseball game. I ask Jeremy nicely, if we can leave so I can drive them home and he does. I was so embarrassed at the time. So we get to the game and we are just sitting in the truck waiting on my parents to come out. He asks, "Would you mind if I kissed you?", and I said no I don't mind. So we kissed. I can't believe he had to meet my parents on our first date. But he called back and asked me out again. :)

Our second date, I drove to Tracy to visit him. This time I got really lost. When I got there, he drove me to this cute little sit down Italian restaurant/pizza place. It had a lit candle. It was very romantic. Then after we had lunch, he took me on a horseback ride.

We have been together for three years now. I can honestly say that these have been the three best years of my life. Jeremy is truly my best friend. I can tell him anything in the world and he is very compassionate. I love waking up next to him every morning and when he kisses me good-bye before work in the morning. We love going on adventures together.

One time he took me duck hunting and it was freezing cold. I am out in the duck blind with all these heavy clothes and waiters on. He walks up behind me and I trip and we both fell into the duck pond. It’s memories like this that we cherish together.

Our Wedding

Our wedding will be classy and elegant with a splash of country. We both love country music and were raised in the country. It is like a fairy-tale because I get to get married in my parents backyard, outside to the man I love like i have always dreamed of.

Travel Arrangements

We will be going on our Honeymoon to Cabo San Lucas on July 21st-July 28th! We are really excited to get some relaxing by the water, and fishing done. Jeremy and I have never been on a plane together, so this will be a wonderful experience.
