Marco and I met one night at a dance club in Santa Monica on July 26, 2006. I was hanging out with friends and he approached me and introduced himself...then handed me a note with his name, email and phone number. After a very quick introduction...I was back with my friends and he left shortly thereafter. It was really dark inside the club...but I remembered those beautiful blue eyes.
The next day or two I called him and left a message...he called me back and after a nice conversation...he asked me out.
Our first date was on Friday, August 4th...we went to The Grove and ate at Wood Ranch Grill and then decided to see movie. The movie that was starting about the time we went to the theatre was "Jack Ass 2"...not the most romantic movie...but it didn't matter because I was really enjoying the company.
Afterwards, he walked me to my car...and then I gave him a ride to his. Then a nice hug and quick kiss good bye...the date was over but I knew I wanted a 2nd.
Even though he was traveling a lot...we managed to get together for lunch or dinner. He was always so sweet, romantic and such a gentleman...I quickly fell for him.
And as they say...the rest is history!
