Management of Funds and Customer Service

Our Honeymoon Wishes, Inc. manages all the funds that are received through the use of this honeymoon bridal registry, even if you are using the registry on a private labeled site (that is an entity usually a travel professional or supplier that uses Honeymoonwishes .com software to provide a honeymoon bridal registry for their clients, showing the entities name and logo instead of the Honeymoonwishes.com name and logo), The private label site has no control over the funds, the customer service and the functionality as it relates to the honeymoon bridal registry. Thus the private label sites are not liable for any of the funds received through the registry. All questions regarding payment and the use of the registry are to be directed to www.Honeymoonwishes .com or call 858-433-1506 for customer service.

Payment

You can collect your wedding gifts any time, as many times as you'd like just by emailing us or going to the "Request Payment" link under "Manage Your Gift Money" when you log in. You can collect your gifts by:

• Having a check mailed directly to you (regular US post, no additional fees)
• Via an ACH bank to bank transfer in the US (no additional fees)
• Or you can use your PayPal account (can be service fees, all PayPal's terms apply) - the choice is yours!

Log in and go to "Manage My Gift Money" to select the method for which you would like to receive your gift monies. If you get busy and forget to request your gift money, we'll send it by your specified method 5 days before the wedding (or upon request by you of an earlier date) and after your wedding.

Checks Only: Overnight delivery is available M - F at a charge of $21.00 in the US and will be deducted from your total gift amount. Checks will be sent to the address you provided. If you do not update your personal information, we will not be responsible for the lost check. A check can be stopped and a new check reissued, but you will be charged a $30.00 stop payment fee. We are not responsible or liable for any losses or hardships due to lost mail or untimely deliveries of regular mail. International clients are required to use PayPal for transfer and all PayPal terms apply.

Service Fees

We do not charge a set up fee to use the registry. The service fee includes: administration of the account, payments processing and all accounting, hosting of all photos for photo album and wedding website, gift announcements, e-cards, all customer service and you can request your gift money anytime and as often as you wish.

There is a 7% service fee charged on all gift transactions. During the sign up process you will have to choose whether you'd prefer the 7% service fee to be added to or deducted from each gift amount. There are no additional fees if the buyer purchases a gift by check. If a buyer uses a credit card to make a purchase, then a standard 3% credit card fee will be charged to the buyer. This 3% fee is charged by and given directly to the Credit Card processing company. This keeps the credit card holders information secure. No one in our office ever sees the credit card information.

Credit Card Disputes

If a gift is disputed by the purchaser of a gift with their credit card company and the gift has been collected from the registry. The recipient is responsible to return the gift to us. If a gift is disputed by the purchaser with their credit card company (Usually because they do not recognize the charge on their credit card) before the gift has been collected by the recipient then the fee charged to us by the credit card company of $15.00 will be deducted from the gift amount.

Return policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will refund you 100% of the purchase price upon receipt of the gift from the recipient or within one business day if the gift has not been delivered.

Correct Information

You are responsible to keep your registry account updated with the correct personal information. If a check is mailed to the address on your account and this is not the current address and a new check has to be issued a stop payment and re issuance fee of $28.00 will be assessed. If your PayPal or bank information is incorrect, your transfer will be returned and a $15.00 fee will be charged.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless all Affiliates, partners, vendors, suppliers, Private Label Sites (that is an entity that uses Honeymoonwishes .com software to provide a honeymoon registry to its clients, Showing the entities name and logo instead of Honeymoonwishes.com, name and logo), HoneymoonWishes.com, Our Honeymoon wishes inc, all of their officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claim, liability, cost, damage or loss it may incur, including without limitation, reasonable attorneys fees as a result of your use of this website.

Gifts and Gift Prices

When a registry is set up each gift has only a suggested gift amount. The bride and groom determine the price of the actual gift they wish to ask their guests for. We are not responsible for any amount different from the actual price and suggested price. Most gifts are a generic idea for a location, for example A Romantic Sunset Cruise, the suggested price is $60.00 the actual cost maybe $65.00, therefore if a guest purchased a Sunset Cruise for the bride and groom, the bride and groom would have to pay the difference. Another example is the guest buys the couple a sunset cruise, the sea was too rough and the bride and groom decided to use the gift money to go horseback riding instead. We have no control of how the bride and groom spend the gift money. If the bride and groom select a gift marked with a gold gift certificate button. The guest has actually purchased a Gift Certificate that will be exchanged for that gift on the honeymoon. These gift certificates are subject to there own terms and conditions and the bride and groom should read these carefully before making this selection as a gift. The Gift Certificate will be emailed immediately after the purchase transaction takes place. The bride and groom then print the gift certificates to use on their honeymoon.

Travel

Honeymoonwishes.com is not a travel agency, and does not book travel and therefore is not responsible or liable for any travel arrangements that are made or posted on this site.

Private Label Site

A Private label site shows the entities name and logo instead of Honeymoonwishes.coms, name and logo. These terms and conditions are specific to the honeymoon bridal registry portion only of this site and other terms and conditions may apply to other aspects of this site. Honeymoonwishes.com provides the customer service and the software for the Honeymoon bridal registry portion of this site only and therefore is not responsible or liable for any losses or hardships due to the use of other areas of this site outside of its control.

Wedding Plans Change

If you change your wedding date, you are responsible to log into your account and revise your wedding date information. The standard gift payment plan will then change to reflect the new wedding date.

Wedding Cancelled

We are available to work with you personally to help you in this event. Our policy is the same as any gift registry where you would be responsible to return the gift to the gift giver. We can cancel all gift certificates.

Registering Outside of the USA

You may register as a bride and groom outside of the USA but in order to be paid your gift money you must either have or establish a Pay Pal account (make sure that Pay Pal has the capability to convert US dollars to your currency) Or you will be sent a check in US currency with the cost of postage deducted from the gift amount. As a guest you may only purchase a gift by credit card unless you contact us to make other arrangements. All amounts on this site are quoted in US dollars.

If you would like to use this service there is a nominal fee of $25.00. Unfortunately, as we have no control over Google and they change their format regularly, there are no guarantees.
